The mobi rsc editor for s60v5, and v3.
It is for the application translators and modders for tranaslating the .RSC AND language files of application

How to use

1. It needs python so install it firstly.
2. Sign it thn install.
3. Extract .rsc files using SIS EDITOR.
4. Select and edit .rsc files.

It also edit the files of extension .pyd .py and .pyc phython files.
